I’ll design a personalized program based on your goals and available equipment, complete with weekly check-ins and accountability. Get fresh workouts each week for weight loss goals, or stick to a 4-week program to dial in on strength and progressively increase your lifts.
Throughout, you’ll have my full support, guidance, and cheers as your biggest fan!
Private Group Classes
Train in a private gym setting with your own friends, classmates, or coworkers! Classes receive full access to equipment and space. One hour workouts are tailored to the groups specific goals! During your session, it’s just you, me as your trainer, and any group members you choose—creating an exclusive, focused and FUN environment!
Recurring sessions: Tuesdays, 7:20PM
Single Session Fitness Parties: Sat/Sun!!
Minimum 8 participants, Maximum12!
Women’s Strength
Join in a one hour Women's Fitness class that focuses on strength and endurance. Classes are small, safe and judgment free. They take place in a private gym, so no onlookers to make you nervous. A great way to get comfortable with weightlifting, have fun and make some accountabilibuddies!
Tuesdays at 6:15pm and/or Thursdays at 7:15pm at River City Strength and Conditioning, 729 Wall St.
